Julia has over 15 years’ experience with procedural aspects of the filing, examination, allowance and issuance of patents, trade marks and designs in many countries around the world. Read more.

Julia has particular expertise in filing patent applications and other documentation with the Australian and New Zealand Patent Offices, filing international applications under the PCT, coordinating national phase and convention patent applications, coordinating European patent validations, and managing patent renewals.

She is also experienced in database management and portfolio reviews.

Julia joined Jones Tulloch not long after its inception, having previously worked at a large Australian firm of patent and trade mark attorneys.
