At Jones Tulloch, we routinely review our fee and hourly rate schedules effective 1 July of each year. Often this requires an increase in certain fees to reflect the increasing cost of providing intellectual property services.
This time around, we recognise that the global pandemic may have significantly impacted many of our clients and associates. Therefore, we have decided to show our support by maintaining our current fee and hourly rates across the board, without any increase at the present time.
Please rest assured that we will continue to provide the same excellent standard of service that our clients and associates have come to rely on.
Both the Australian and New Zealand IP Offices continue to provide arrangements for extensions of time and flexible fee arrangements to applicants due to the impacts of COVID-19.
